Shipping And Processing Time

Processing time for most fine art prints and home decor items is 2-7 business days unless otherwise specified in the product listing description. U.S. domestic shipping time may vary - usually 1-5 business days. Other factors that may cause shipping delays are:

• Weather conditions;

• Customs - If you are located outside of the United States, your package might be held in customs for several days before it is released to you.

All customers are provided with a tracking number which you can use to track your package online or contact your local post office( for International) and/or your local USPS or FedEx office ( Domestic) for more information.

IMPORTANT - If you are located outside of the United States and your package is delayed, you can track the status online, using the tracking number we provide, or please contact your local post office. Duties, taxes and processing time for packages held in customs are different for each country. We can not be responsible for delays due to weather conditions or packages held in customs.

Returns

If there is an issue with your order we will accept a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To receive a refund, the product should be returned unused and in the original packaging. Returns are not accepted beyond the 14 day time frame window. Please note, most made-to-order and custom-made products are non refundable, however, if there is an issue with your order when you receive it and it was at our fault we will issue a refund or work with you to fix this.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order of fine art prints or original paintings within 1 hour of purchase. We may not be able to cancel your order if your print is already in production.

Undeliverable

If a package is returned as "un-deliverable" ( failed delivery attempts, the customer was not at the address, "refused" the package, or if the customer provided a wrong address), we can re-ship it at an additional cost.The customer will be responsible for shipping and return shipping cost.
If the customer requests the item to be re-shipped, they must contact us within 7 days to arrange a new delivery.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address.
In cases where the product was damaged during shipment, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the Artwork and provide photos of the damage prior to shipping it back in the original packaging.
