This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us or contact us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including but not limited to shipping carriers ( FedEx, UPS, USPS).

After an order is placed, we collect your name, email address, postal address, phone number and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (photos for a custom order or other), if you contact us directly.

We will use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support; if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law.
We do NOT collect or have access to your credit or debit card information at any time.
We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
 -Service providers - such as delivery companies ( FedEx, UPS, USPS). We will share your personal information with delivery companies, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues;

-Data Retention. We retain your personal information only to provide you with our services, for tax purposes and as described in our Privacy Policy.
